Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item must not be damaged or altered.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team to obtain a return authorization number.

Please note: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note: Refunds will only be issued for items that are returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please contact us at to arrange the exchange. We will cover the shipping cost for the exchange of damaged or incorrect items.

Non-returnable Items
